Our Flor de Sal comes in bags of 500 grams. These flaky crystals are highly valued for their delicate, salty flavour. They are particularly delicious in salads, capriccios and other prepared gourmet dishes. This pure white salt is soft and rich in minerals travelling all the way from the shores of Algarve in Portugal. It is considered to be one of the finest salts in the world.

This salt is harvested by hand and obtained through evaporation. It contains over 80 minerals and trace elements. Before it is shipped, the salt is checked by the organic control organization Eco Nature & Progres and Portuguese Food Authority. This salt is a special treat for any dish and should be kept on a shelf in your kitchen for those occasions. All of your dishes that use Flor de Sal will have a unique taste that is particularly scrumptious.
