1. Payment

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options provided in the relevant product description in the offer unless otherwise provided:
• Pre-payment via PayPal
• Direct Debit (debit)
• Payment on Invoice (until 100,- EUR)

1.2 For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options provided in the relevant product description in the offer unless otherwise provided:
• Pre-payment via PayPal

       • Pre-payment via Sofort banking

       • Pre-payment

2. Delivery

2.1 Depending on the size of your order it will be shipped by DHL or any other company of our choice.

2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. For each of the shipping costs, see sections 3.1 and 3.3.

3. Shipping

3.1 Free delivery within the German mainland

3.2 Please note that other taxes may arise in cross-border deliveries (such as in the case of an intra-Community acquisitiion) and/or levies in the form of tariffs which are to be borne by you.
 

3.3 For the delivery to European countries, we charge per weight / order following shipping costs:

Deliveries insight Rest EU:

to 0,5kg: 4,90 EUR

0,5 to 1kg: 5,90 EUR

1 to 5kg: 6,90 EUR

5 to 10kg: 8,90 EUR

10 to 20kg: 13,90 EUR

20 to 30kg: 18,90 EUR

Deliveries insight Sweden / Finland EU:

to 0,5kg: 7,90 EUR
0,5 to 1kg: 9,90 EUR
1 to 5kg: 10,90 EUR
5 to 10kg: 12,90 EUR
10 to 20kg: 17,90 EUR
20 to 30kg: 22,90 EUR

In SE and Finland we supply "Closest Droppoint"

Deliveries to CH, NO:

to 0,5kg: 5,90 EUR

0,5 to 1kg: 7,90 EUR

1 to 2kg: 8,80 EUR

2 to 5kg: 13,90 EUR

5 to 10kg: 20,90 EUR

10 to 12kg: 23,90 EUR

12 to 20kg: 34,90 EUR

20 to 30kg: 52,90 EUR

Currently because of Brexit we do not offer the supply to UK.

4. Delivery Times
 

4.1 The delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany. No delivery during Saturdays or Sundays and during public holidays. If an item is not in stock or not immediately delivered within the delivery time, there is a one-day extension, it is pointed out in the product page.

4.2 For international shipping, delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days. No delivery during Saturdays or Sundays and during public holidays. If an item is not extended once, in stock or not immediately delivered withinthe delivery time accordingly, it is pointed out in the product page.
